Rick Sanchez, our agency owner, is a graduate of Saint Thomas University, where he played Division I collegiate baseball. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive phone presence, organizational abilities, and tech‑savviness to work within our systems. Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
