Job Description Summary The MMP Parts & Repairs Sales Manager is will be responsible for ensuring high quality ITO (inquiry-to-order) support for assigned MMP (Multi Year Maintenance Program) contracts, with a focus to proactively maximize contract utilization and extra work growth. This is a key role in executing the transformation of the MMP portfolio.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

Meeting Orders, Sales & CM targets and growing the business for assigned contracts.

Partner with Contract Performance Manager & Account Managers to maximize contract utilization and penetration of outages and participate in Account Planning reviews.

Providing accurate, on time, comprehensive Parts & Repairs proposals.

Drive sales convertibility, by securing shipment of available inventory and accelerating minimum Commitment offtake, while driving extra work growth (TIL’s/campaigns/ATS).

Ensure that contract escalations and Terms and conditions are diligently enforced.

Ensure that our ability to meet Customer requirements are validated with the fulfillment team during the proposal process, incorporating any additional cost & cycle.

Own the Policy 5.0 risk process for Parts & Repairs ensuring all relevant process are followed and documented as appropriate including the necessary approvals if deviations from Contracts are required.

Support demand forecasts, pipeline visibility and contract reviews, including maintenance of NEX to ensure complete visibility to contract volume.

Establish a strong partnership with Global Fulfillment/Engineering team and Region P&L teams to ensure that Customers get high quality service.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

Minimum 7+ years of experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in Power Generation services in a commercial, customer service, operations, and/or marketing role.

Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools (SFDC, CPQ, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

Ability to travel up to 25%.
