Division:Solutions Job Posting Title: Customer Service Agent - OTS Hunter Time Type: Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Agent, On-Time-Shipment (OTS) Hunter is responsible for building a rapport of trust with the Client by delivering exceptional service and supporting critical operational customer service functions to include accurate order review and timely reporting of shipping and/or receiving information as defined and required by Client needs.

As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, organize and analyze customer and operational data to deliver accurate reports, support customer service requests and improve service efficiency.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support daily business operations and customer service performance.

Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through data cleaning, validation and standardization.

Collaborate with operations, IT and customers to address reporting and customer service needs.

Support ad-hoc data requests, customer inquiries and analysis requests as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service-related capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business or related field (preferred but not required.

Computer Skills

Proficient with MS Office

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

Ability to perform basic data interpretation and analysis

Understand data cleaning, validation and standardization.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) – preferred but not required.

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Functions

Intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing and distributing client product.

Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.

This role requires a high frequency of computer keyboarding with a high frequency of viewing a computer monitor.

Must wear PPE to include a minimum of composite or steel-toe shoes and a safety vest.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed predominately in a warehouse environment in all weather conditions, including temperature extremes, during day and/or night shifts. Work can be required to be performed in emergency and stressful situations. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Wage rage: $24.08 - 30.10/hr
