Your Role in Our Mission The Quality Management Director ensures the highest standards of compliance, accreditation, and continuous improvement across Easterseals PORT Health programs. This role leads quality initiatives, manages performance measures, oversees audits, and provides statewide consultation and training. The Director collaborates with leadership to develop policies, monitor regulatory compliance, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction, while driving agency-wide quality improvement efforts. Occasional travel within the state is required.

Competitive salary: $65,000-80,000 annually for this full-time exempt position

What We’re Looking For
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
Skills:
clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Experience working with adults with mental health challenges and in crisis services like ACT, MCM are important. Dependability is a must!
