Princeton Property Management is looking for a part‑time Leasing Agent to join the team at Quatama Village!

Property management and leasing experience preferred. Professional sales, marketing techniques, and solid customer service experience is required.

Pay range is $21.00 to $25.00 an hour depending on experience, along with a monthly $25 phone reimbursement. This position is part‑time at 24 hours per week, working Monday, Friday and Saturday.

What is needed from you:

Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner

Follow up with any prospective residents as needed

Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner

Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins for the new residents

Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date rental files. Accurately enter rental data into the computer

Prepare leases and oversee their signing by new residents

Assist in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensure property's paperwork is organized and complete

Interact with residents in a professional manner
