In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout the loan application process from start to finish. Responsibilities include answering questions, processing loan applications, handling transactions, and guiding customers through our financial services with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Assist customers with applications, account questions, and general inquiries
Accurately process cash and financial transactions
Support sales and promotional efforts to meet daily and monthly goals
Perform general office duties and maintain an organized workspace
Ensure a positive, welcoming, and professional customer experience
Qualifications
Strong basic math skills with comfort handling cash transactions
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel preferred)
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on responsibilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Compensation
$16.00–$16.75 per hour
Bi-weekly performance-based bonus opportunity
