Oversee coordination of air and ocean export shipments, ensuring compliance with all IATA and TSA regulations. Prepare and meticulously review critical export documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms. Maintain effective communication with clients, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely shipment delivery. Continuously monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery, proactively addressing any potential issues. Keep accurate records and documentation in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support the training and mentoring of junior staff on export procedures and compliance best practices. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in air and ocean export operations. Comprehensive knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations. Strong grasp of logistics and export compliance requirements. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
