Job Description Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is an entry‑level role responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, sales activities, and brand communications. This position combines administrative support, content creation, and basic graphic design to help drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a B2B marketing and sales environment. This role will involve assisting the Marketing Manager and Sales Director in supporting the communication of the established brand strategy as well as bringing the brand experience to life across every touchpoint of the customer journey, including strategic communications, PR, creative development and industry events. The role will also support/lead the coordination efforts for the FQT brand and event campaign logistics, digital support, promotional items, and special projects and act as day‑to‑day marketing and sales resource for the Sales team as well as develop and maintain a comprehensive graphic design process for sales and all media outlet needs. The role also includes executing and supporting a social media strategy, and utilizing marketing techniques to increase visibility and traffic across all FQT social sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event‑based channels
Create and update marketing content materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, data sheets, and social media content
Maintain and update website content, email marketing lists, and CRM/marketing databases
Support trade shows, conferences, and client events, including preparation of promotional materials
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
Support the development and maintenance of a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, infographics, etc.). Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with FQT marketing strategies.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and customer‑facing materials
Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Track and organize sales leads, client information, and marketing metrics
Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and client insights
Graphic Design & Creative Support
Design basic graphics for presentations, social media, email campaigns, and printed materials
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content
Edit and format images, charts, and layouts for professional use
Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors on creative projects
Administrative & General Duties
Manage document organization and version control for marketing and sales materials
Support internal communications and coordination between marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Assist with planning and coordination of conferences and trade shows
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
Working knowledge of basic graphic design principles
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools
Internship or prior experience in marketing, sales, or communications
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Creative mindset with the ability to balance design and business objectives
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
This role offers exposure to both marketing and sales functions and provides opportunities for professional growth into roles such as Marketing Specialist, Sales Operations, Business Development, or Graphic Design‑focused positions.
Travel:
Travel of up to 15% is expected at various times with this position. Travel expenses are reimbursed directly to employee.
