The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Commercial Growth Manager

to join the

Mascus organization , working closely with colleagues across

Ritchie Bros.

to drive revenue and profitable growth across the marketplace.

In this role, you will focus on optimizing the website, monetization, conversion, and retention using data-driven insights. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing to develop and execute commercial strategies that increase customer value, scale revenue, and improve overall marketplace performance.

This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a dynamic, international, and data‑led environment.

What You Will Do

As Commercial Growth Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our commercial growth agenda. You will:

Develop, plan, and execute annual and long-term commercial growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives

Identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities across customer segments, products, and markets

Own and optimize pricing models and commercial offerings

Drive improvements in conversion, retention, and upsell through analysis, experimentation, and insight

Partner closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to implement growth initiatives and embed commercial priorities

Improve customer lifetime value through enhanced onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal strategies

Track, analyze, and report on key commercial KPIs such as revenue and focus on lead generation.

Provide actionable insights to leadership to support forecasting and decision-making

What Is Important for This Role

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoy turning data into clear actions and results. You balance strategic vision with practical execution and are motivated by driving measurable impact.

Additionally you bring

5+ years of experience in commercial growth, strategy, sales operations, or marketplace environments

Strong experience in lead or revenue optimization

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing

Experience operating in data-driven, performance-oriented environments

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action

A proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style
