Client Service Associate that shares our dedication to quality and our genuine concern for the comfort and dignity of our clients.
Supervision
Supervised By: VP of Compliance, Nursing+
Responsibilities Plays a key role in managing the high-volume administrative processes surrounding field employee personnel file compliance with federal, state, local, accrediting body, and company requirements.
Conducts file audits prior to a candidate’s first day of work.
Maintains personnel files, including copies of current credentials prior to the expiration date, and uploads/scans all documents into proprietary system.
Ensures all field staff continue to meet the appropriate license, certification, and in-service requirements.
Ensures supervisory visits, competency assessments, and performance evaluations are conducted in a timely manner.
Ensures that all employees meet their required mandatory training and keeps records of in-services.
Maintains all State/Federal Employee Rosters.
Provides weekly compliance reports to the assigned offices.
Maintains strict professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy.
Performs other duties as assigned in a professional matter.

Background check renewals
Nursing license expiration
CPR expiration
License verifications
Annual TB questionnaires
Annual Performance evaluations
Supervisory visits
In-services
Fingerprints
Authorization documents
Employee roster for the state

Job Conditions Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines in a complex and dynamic operating environment.
Prolonged sitting is required.
The ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds such as paperwork and office supplies.
High call volume.
Some travel between the assigned offices is required.
Qualifications A college degree is preferred.
A minimum of two years of human resources or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience in health care preferred.
Customer-service oriented
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, manage multiple priorities, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
Working knowledge of, or proficient in, Microsoft office applications, and quick-to-learn proprietary software package.
