Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a passionate and innovative Gen AI Associate Product Manager/ Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Gen AI Associate Product Manager/ Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Banking department supporting the Gen AI Initiative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist product managers in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Break down complex features into clear, actionable user stories for technology and Data Science teams.
Coordinate with UI/UX teams to design intuitive interfaces considering all key aspects of UI development.
Collaborate across multiple teams to identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Drive user acceptance testing, report issues, and support defect management to ensure high-quality releases.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in software development, business analysis, or related fields.
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and data integration processes.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL queries, JSON, API testing tools like Postman, and project management tools such as JIRA.
Experience working with AI/ML products, especially in financial services, is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex features into user stories.
