As a Financial Representative, you have the opportunity to:

Average Annual Earnings of $70K - $250K for representatives in the first 3 years; based on 2015-2022 company average

Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in sales and relationship-focused client engagements
We are seeking candidates with a hunter mentality and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to simplify financial planning, insurance and retirement planning to explain them in terms clients can easily understand.
Able to apply creative solutions to a variety of issues in a fast‑paced environment.
There is occasional travel in some territories (up to 25% travel), which includes networking events, and meeting potential clients in your area(s).
Proactively prospect for new clients by leveraging market research, sales tools, etc.
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Renewal income earned for continued client support and policy management.
