R558484Work Flexibility: Field-based**The Job’s Mission:**As **Account Manager/Sales Representative**, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s **Trauma product portfolio** – covering the **Oost & West-Vlaanderen regions** of Belgium.Our innovative Trauma division offers market-leading implants for the treatment of long and small bone fractures. Some examples of our portfolio can be found via this link:In this role, you will pursue opportunities to grow our Trauma business while demonstrating exemplary customer and patient focus. **This is a great opportunity to join one of the world’s leading medical technology organizations, make an impact and develop further in your career**!This is also a fantastic opportunity for professionals such as **nurses**, **physiotherapists, product specialists** and for professionals in **other relevant fields** – who have strong business acumen, financial drive, customer orientation and are willing to transition to a commercial environment.**What you will do:*** In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with training to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also providing ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships, customer loyalty and sales growth.* Develop and execute business plans. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.* With the product knowledge you’ll develop, you will inform, advise and train hospital professionals during workshops and presentations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.* Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales.* Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience – and with colleagues from other Stryker Commercial divisions towards cross-departmental opportunities.**What you need:**Required:* 2+ years of experience. You already have demonstrable sales experience, preferably in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related. **Or** you have experience in functions such as nursing, physiotherapist, etc. combined with a commercial aptitude/interest.* Degree or equivalent.* Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in **Dutch and English**.* Commercial and financial acumen: you are enthusiastic about (medical) technology – your resilience and desire to sell technical products with the best customer service are important elements to you.* Relationship skills: you appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining connections.
