
District Sales Manager - Dermatology-Tri-State (NY, CT, NJ)

Geography: Wayne, NJ; Bronx, White Plains, Syracuse, Buffalo, CT. The District Manager, Dermatology for Tri-State (NY, CT, NJ) reports to the Regional Director, Dermatology and is responsible for hiring, leading, developing and retaining the Dermatology Medical Specialists in the assigned district. The role drives strong, compliant sales performance that exceeds forecasts and product goals, and ensures accountability for all results within the district. It collaborates with alliance partners to ensure cooperation and transparency and focuses on the development and retention of key personnel to support growth in the commercial organization.
Responsibilities
Hire, lead, develop and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists in the district.
Drive strong, consistent sales performance that exceeds forecasts and product goals; drive accountability for all results throughout the Dermatology District.
Collaborate with Alliance partner counterparts to ensure cooperation and transparency.
Develop and retain key personnel within the district to facilitate growth in the commercial organization.
Operate in a compliant manner with a high degree of integrity, following all Regeneron policies and all policies and procedures governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products in the US.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree; minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years of sales leadership/management in office-based, sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets.
Preferred: Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications; focused degree in science or clinical experience; Dermatology market experience.
