Kelly’s Account Manager is responsible for :
Client strategy inclusive of client relationships, sales , service delivery, and growth of assigned accounts tied to specific growth targets, including calling on hiring managers, MSP PMOs, and key client stakeholders
Owning overall account performance, including responsibility for P&L, gross profit, contribution, and program optimization
Serving as a subject matter expert within the assigned business unit/domain and partnering cross-functionally to support new business growth
Managing key client relationships and collaborating with account management teams across Kelly business units across a portfolio of multiple clients
Expanding usage of core business and additional Kelly service lines across client locations by identifying growth opportunities and developing support strategies, including selling talent acquisition solutions such as staffing and workforce solutions
Establishing and managing client Statements of Work (SOWs), including change requests, where applicable and in partnership with the appropriate Kelly delivery teams
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
Supporting MSP relationships, vendor coordination, and on-site client engagement as needed, with experience operating as a vendor within MSP programs strongly preferred
7+ years of experience managing a portfolio of staffing or workforce solutions accounts, including responsibility for account growth and expansion
Proven experience supporting complex client environments, including MSP or multi-vendor programs, with experience working with MSPs as a vendor required; experience managing an MSP program preferred
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance, understand profitability drivers, and implement growth strategies
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal partners and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
Ability to balance client demands with internal delivery capabilities and operational priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model with periodic travel to client sites, including Houston, as business needs require; preference for candidates located in the Gulf region (LA or TX), ideally Houston
Base pay range for this position is $92,400 to $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
