Local Store Marketing Coordinator
based in Cleveland, OHplays a hands-on, community-facing role in driving sales and guest traffic through creative, locally focused marketing initiatives. This position partners closely with Operations Leadership, store teams, and community organizations to plan and execute local events, promotions, and outreach programs—including school box nights and community partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being out in the community, and brings energy, organization, and creativity to building meaningful local connections that positively impact store performance. Develop and execute local store marketing plans for multiple corporate store locations, tailoring initiatives to individual markets Partner with Operations Leadership and store management to plan, communicate, and implement local marketing initiatives Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, hotels, libraries, and community organizations Represent the brand at community events such as festivals, parades, and local gatherings Coordinate and support in-store and community events including box nights, kids’ events, and other promotional activities Communicate marketing activities, calendars, and special requirements clearly with store management teams Collaborate with store leaders to identify location-specific marketing opportunities and needs Develop creative marketing strategies using both traditional and digital channels to increase sales and guest counts Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support innovative and competitive marketing efforts The essential duties and responsibilities listed above are not intended to be all-inclusive. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting or related fields Experience
Minimum: 1–2 years of related experience Preferred: 2–4 years of related experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to analyze trends and evaluate marketing effectiveness Experience working within and managing a budget Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations and leadership
