
Support the execution of digital marketing and CRM activities for Zenith Japan in alignment with global guidelines.
This role focuses on day-to-day digital operations including website updates, social media content management, CRM data support, and performance reporting. The Digital Marketing Assistant works closely with HQ and local teams to enhance online visibility, customer engagement, and e-commerce performance in the Japan market.
Job responsibilities
Assist in managing local digital owned media (LINE, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Support content creation and adaptation in Japanese for local platforms Schedule and publish social media posts based on the marketing calendar Coordinate with PR/Communication team for digital campaigns Support paid media campaigns (SEM, display, SNS ads) in collaboration with external agencies Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports 2. Website & E-commerce Support
Assist in updating and localizing content on the global website (.com) for the Japan market Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics Support e-commerce related activities and online customer journey improvements Coordinate with HQ and agencies for website maintenance when required 3. CRM & Client Data Support
Support CRM activities in line with global initiatives Assist with LVMH Clienteling tools (MyZenith) and basic data management Conduct basic customer data analysis and reporting Ensure data accuracy and support sales teams with CRM-related tasks 4. Reporting & Administrative Support
Prepare monthly digital performance reports Support budget tracking and invoice processing Coordinate with external agencies for deliverables and timelines Support ad-hoc digital marketing projects as assigned Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, or e-commerce Basic knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social media advertising Familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Experience with LINE marketing is preferred Language Requirements
Japanese: Business level (daily communication with internal teams and agencies) English: Business level (communication with HQ in Switzerland) Technical & Personal Skills
Strong interest in digital marketing and customer engagement Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Good communication and coordination skills Proactive and willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
