Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth. This role oversees campaign strategy across digital, experiential, and retail channels, manages vendor and partner relationships, and collaborates closely with marketing leadership to ensure alignment, performance, and operational excellence.

Own strategy and oversight of CRM-driven Email, SMS, and Push campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Partner with the Director to develop and monitor digital signage strategy, ensuring consistency with active campaigns
Collaborate with leadership on online campaign strategy, including email, website, social media, and digital advertising
Experiential Events & Partnerships
Manage event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site support
Coordinate social media content production, including photo shoots and related production logistics
Manage social media posting and strategy as needed
Manage celebrity appearances and partnerships, including outreach, scheduling, approvals, and coordination
Support the Director in strategic brand partnership discussions, outreach, and negotiations
Vendor & External Campaign Management
Partner with vendors to develop and launch external marketing campaigns, including performance reporting and insights
Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
Oversee vendor invoicing, scopes of work, and deliverables as directed
Website & Digital Experience
Own website content strategy related to promotions, specials, page creation, and updates
Assist with website development, operations, and ongoing maintenance
Support initiatives related to ADA compliance, SEO, site infrastructure, and overall site integrity
Coordinate with vendors on website development projects as needed
Loyalty & Customer Experience
Assist in the management and optimization of the Customer Loyalty Program, ensuring a seamless and valuable customer experience
Support loyalty‑related processes, communications, and program enhancements
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Review and analyze campaign performance; provide post‑campaign analysis and insights
Manage Google Analytics, tagging, and reporting tools to track performance and inform decision‑making
