Marketing & Communications Specialist
As a “Marketing & Communications Specialist”, you play a central role in driving Quantoom’s visibility, growth, and brand authority at a global level. You design and execute integrated marketing initiatives that combine digital performance, scientific storytelling, and strategic communication to generate qualified leads and support commercial expansion.
Beyond campaign execution and content creation, you act as a key coordinator for international tradeshows, scientific conferences, and corporate events – ensuring perfect planning, sponsorship management, booth logistics, branding alignment, and cross‑functional collaboration. Your role sits at the cross‑section of strategy and operations, combining creativity with structured execution and strong organization.
From CRM optimization and digital campaigns to multimedia production, press relations, and internal engagement initiatives, you contribute to building a scalable marketing engine that strengthens awareness, accelerates conversion, and reinforces Quantoom’s position as an innovative leader in biotechnology.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain the company website with a strong focus on SEO optimization, user experience, and scientific content integration.
Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and organic social media communication to generate qualified leads and boost brand visibility.
Oversee HubSpot CRM usage to streamline lead generation, scoring, nurturing, and analytics.
Participate in the editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication aligned with strategic objectives.
Build and nurture an engaged online community through targeted content, interactions, and responsive communication.
Content Creation & Creative Production
Steer content creation and copywriting aligned with product and content marketing roadmaps, with a focus on scientific and technical excellence (thought leadership articles, scientific publications, infographics, podcasts, webinars, panels, etc.).
Produce and coordinate the creation of diverse marketing materials: promotional videos, brochures, flyers, creative advertisements, 3D virtual tours, and conference materials.
External Communication & Events
Coordinate external communications, including corporate press releases, announcements, and media outreach.
Manage/Support the organization and planning of international tradeshows, scientific conferences, and workshops, including sponsorships, booth logistics, and branding opportunities.
Plan and coordinate Quantoom’s participation in key scientific committees, maximizing contribution and visibility through presentations and workshops.
Drive co‑promotion activities with external partners, including opportunity scouting, joint value proposition development, and co‑created content.
Internal Communication & Corporate Engagement
Lead internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and alignment, including creation of internal newsletters, management of digital signage, and organization of internal townhalls.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing and communication or related field.
Excellent understanding and experience in B2B marketing & communication, preferably in biotech / scientific industry.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail, with analytical and synthetic thinking.
Both strategic & hands‑on mindset.
Team‑oriented and proactive.
Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Office 365. HubSpot is a plus.
Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Being up-to-date about the latest digital technologies.
Knowledge of biology, biotechnology or bioprocessing is a strong advantage.
