Assistant Golf Professional - High Meadow Ranch Golf Club

High Meadow Ranch Golf Club is seeking an energetic, service driven Assistant Golf Professional to support golf operations and elevate the member and guest experience at our premier semi‑private facility. This position combines traditional golf professional duties with key responsibilities in membership coordination, scheduling, and administrative technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to members and guests.
Assist with golf shop operations, merchandising, and tee sheet management.
Support tournament setup and execution.
Serve as main contact for member onboarding, renewals, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate member profiles and communication lists.
Track usage, retention data, and support billing coordination.
Use Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel for rosters, reporting, and communication.
Manage staff schedules and adjust based on events and business levels.
Assist with junior golf, outings, and club events.
Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Experience in golf operations preferred; PGA Apprentice/Associate a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with POS, tee sheet, and tournament software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
