As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales & Estimating, with additional involvement in high-end Residential HVAC sales. Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant & Estimator
Thermal Engineering is seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant / Estimator to support the continued expansion of our commercial division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-value HVAC solutions. This role includes estimating, creating proposals, pre‑construction activities, closing sales, strengthening current accounts, and creating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate commercial HVAC estimates & proposals. Manage and grow commercial client relationships. Assist with high‑end residential HVAC sales when needed. Use estimating software (experience with
FastDUCT
preferred). Communicate professionally with clients, vendors and internal teams. Track leads, proposals, and project details using computer systems. Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure smooth project handoffs. Assist in forecasting division workloads. Qualifications
3+ years commercial HVAC service, estimating, or solutions sales experience. Background in high residential HVAC sales is a plus. Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Experience with
FastDUCT
preferred. Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Valid driver’s license. Candidate must pass a drug screening and background check. Spanish is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
