Employees within a 90‑minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in‑office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.

Job Summary & Responsibilities The Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager will report to the Director, Marketing Technology & Operations in the Marketing Department. This role is responsible for managing all Mar-Tech operations, analytics and project management for the marketing team. They will oversee all marketing technology solutions ensuring marketing personnel are following technology standards and have resources to complete necessary tasks. This role will also oversee all marketing analytics ensuring all campaigns and platforms have clear metrics and goals attached to them. Finally, this role will also oversee the Project Management for marketing and work cross‑functionally to ensure both individual projects and long‑term project planning is in place.
Manage all aspects of marketing operations including implementing and overseeing workflow processes, owning Mar-Tech platforms and overseeing Analytics and marketing metrics
Help marketing run smoother by working with marketing leads to simplify process, ensure transparent and timely communications and remove blockers
Lead complex, cross‑functional programs across all phases of planning and execution for key marketing strategies and capability building
Own relationship with outside technology vendors to manage partnerships, drive innovation and lead industry best practices and emerging trends
Use exceptional cross‑functional partnering skills with ability to gain shared vision and "influence without authority" on challenging decisions and priority trade‑offs
Own the in‑year planning process for each respective marketing goal
Manages Workfront, Adobe AEM/Analytics, SF Marketing Cloud and any additional marketing automation tools
Drive and manage the internal approval process, including cross‑functional approvals, such as Sales, Product, Client Service and Legal when required
Work with marketing, IT, and BI teams to manage and maintain reporting infrastructure and data quality
Design standard reporting and insights for all campaigns and marketing activities that showcase business impact
Identify and prioritize recommendations, insights and data to enhance marketing effectiveness
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience. Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Certification: N/A. Skills & Abilities:
Background that balances marketing project management, analytics and Mar-Tech platforms
Understanding of marketing ecosystems and processes
Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills. Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self‑directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs in a timely manner
Experience managing key digital platforms—Adobe suite a plus (Adobe experience Manager Sites & DAM, Analytics, Workfront, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
Ability to proactively analyze, problem‑solve and make quick sound decisions.
Knowledge of the latest technology and trends in the marketing field
Expertise in assessing marketing processes and finding ways to improve efficiency or quality of work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset
Solid understanding and knowledge of software and analytics best practices.
Advanced proficiency with MS office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be self‑motivated, highly organized and able to manage projects with minimal direction
Team player, has creative energy, shares thoughts and ideas and possesses a positive attitude
Pay Range $106,000-$130,000 per year
Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
