Support ABM/KAM Initiatives:
Provide direct support to Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) and Key Account Management (KAM) programmes, assisting with everything from meeting preparation to creating proposals and presentations.
Execute Marketing Campaigns:
Support the delivery of automated email journeys and broader marketing campaigns, providing regular reporting on successes and learnings.
Coordinate Events & Webinars:
Ensure the smooth coordination of all company events and webinars, including managing post‑event reporting and follow‑up journeys.
Conduct Market Research:
Undertake regular market and client research, providing actionable insights and reports to the Head of Business Growth.
Commercial & Bid Support:
Assist Bid Proposals:
Support the Bid Lead with the coordination and preparation of high‑quality, winning bid proposals.
Manage New Opportunities:
Oversee the main enquiries inbox, ensuring all new opportunities are logged, directed appropriately, and responded to in a timely manner.
Drive Recognition:
Prepare and coordinate compelling submissions for industry awards to showcase our market‑leading work.
Maintain CRM Integrity:
Regularly input and manage data in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure it remains an accurate single source of truth.
Coordination & Administration:
Manage Creative Briefs:
Take responsibility for briefing and commissioning creative services from our external partners.
Oversee Budgets & Reporting:
Manage the departmental budget tracker and purchase order system, and supply the Head of Business Growth with timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Coordinate Internal Communications:
Manage the internal communications plan and circulate relevant news and social updates to the wider team.
Manage Digital Assets:
Ensure our photography and image library is meticulously managed, with all permissions kept up‑to‑date.
