Role Summary As a Retail Channel Manager, you will drive the expansion of vaccine and pharmaceutical products in the retail sector by managing key retail accounts, executing strategic market plans, and ensuring successful product launches. You will leverage expertise in sales, contracting, and market access to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships. Location: Central US including IL, MN, WI, NE, MS, KS IA. The ideal candidate will reside in the geography.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for GSK's retail vaccine and pharmaceutical products.

Manage and expand relationships with key retail accounts, including large pharmacy chains and independent retailers.

Conduct consultative selling to retail partners, providing comprehensive product knowledge and addressing queries with ethical compliance.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery and support for retail customers.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress in CRM systems.

Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and expand professional networks.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all activities.

Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of combined experience in the following areas: Vaccines Sales or Account Management, Retail Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sales, Contracting, Payer, or Marketing

Required: Up to 55% travel, must reside near a major airport

Required: Valid Driver's License
