As an Account Executive at Shar Music, you’ll play a key role in helping musicians, educators, and institutions find the right string instruments and accessories to support their craft.

Prospect and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Identify and target potential clients for building strong relationships with them and the company.

Conduct research to understand clients needs and pain points and develop target solutions to address their challenges.

Lead and collaborate with other members of the sales team sharing best practices and strategies.

Work in-tandem with the Director of Sales assisting and supporting needs of the sales organization

Attend industry events and conferences to build industry knowledge and network with potential clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Assist with sales events.

Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service

1-3 years of leadership or management experience in sales, account management or customer service

Strong time management and organizational skills

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with the music industry or musical instruments is a strong advantage
