Job Summary This position is designed to be completed in 12-18 months and provides the incumbent general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This fast‑paced program touches every aspect of the business unit and helps you acquire proven industry knowledge and skills to develop relationship building. Rental Location San Antonio, TX
Essential Functions
Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
Maintaining current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
Responsible for generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
Managing all rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
Meeting overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives.
Maintaining compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
Reconciling all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base.
Additional Responsibilities
Voluntarily perform the role of On‑Call Representative based on scheduling determined by a supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Information The compensation offered may be influenced by various factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, market data, internal equity, and salary ranges. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan. Compensation ranges for the position are below.

Maximum Pay Range $50,000
