Our automation and control solutions for homes and buildings allow our clients to control entire environments with the push of a button, integrating systems such as Audio Visual, Lighting, Shading, Security, Building Management Systems and HVAC to provide greater comfort, convenience and security.
The Sales Account Specialist oversees a region of customers and sales personnel, providing good Sales Support. Has appropriate system application skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Office and Sales Force to create departmental reports. The Account Specialist works under moderate supervision and is organized with good verbal, written & customer support skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry; logging, assigning, distribution and tracking customer's RFP’s/quotation requests.
Prepare electronic and hard copy folders for all quote requests.
Manage specific regional customer accounts and assigned sales personnel.
Work closely with Engineering Team to close out Customer project quotes.
Communicate in a timely period, with Customers and Sales team via phone, email and Teams regarding information gathering, project quote status, and product inquiries/pricing.
Answer incoming Sales phone calls; administrative and or technical (handed off to engineers).
Review and dissemination of Department emails.
Create, monitor and distribution of accurate reports for specific Sales Accounts and or Territories.
Maintain & update filing system.
Additional tasks, special projects, duties, or responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and/or minimum of 4 years of Customer Service Experience.
4 years of Customer Service along with Data Entry experience.
Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for minimal independent judgment.
Receives assistance in the completion of more complex tasks.
Competent skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Along with SAP, Power BI, and Sales Force knowledge.
Competent Customer Service and Sales phone skills.
Ability to work in a very fast‑paced environment while maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy and a positive professional attitude.
Organized and able to prioritize large volumes of information.
Respectable verbal, listening and written skills.
Performs general tasks and completes routine assignments.
Works collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.
Proactively assists and involves others.
Assumes additional responsibilities to facilitate the achievement of team goals.
Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($59,500 - $85,000) which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates. Also note, an individual’s offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
