Responsibilities

Work pre-qualified leads and conduct buyer and seller consultations

Host open houses and private showings for listings in your assigned areas

Prepare and present comparative market analyses and pricing strategies

Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close

Leverage our CRM (Lofty), IDX website, and integrated tools to track and follow up with leads

Collaborate with listing coordinators, transaction coordinators, and our media team to streamline the client experience

Attend daily role-play, weekly training, and coaching sessions to sharpen skills

Represent FAM Realty Group with professionalism, confidence, and service-first energy in every interaction

Qualifications

Minimum 3 closed transactions preferred

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Self-motivated, accountable, and able to manage time and pipeline effectively

Tech-comfortable, especially with CRM systems, Google Suite, and mobile tools

Open to coaching, role-play, and skill development

Reliable transportation and the ability to be in the field for showings and appointments

Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow personally and professionally

Compensation $125,000 yearly
