About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning its brand, fan engagement, and marketing-driven revenue strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic connector, unifying vision, and supporting departments in delivering innovative work that grows the fan base and strengthens the brand. This leadership position requires a partnership-first mindset, with a focus on collaboration across various teams, including marketing, creative, game presentation, communications, and social/digital. The SVP & CMO will be responsible for championing the brand's positioning, voice, and storytelling, and will work closely with analytics and revenue teams to leverage fan insights and performance metrics.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a senior role. The role demands a proven track record in building and leading high-performing marketing, communications, and digital teams, as well as strong executive presence with exceptional communication and influencing skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of strategic communication and marketing principles, and the ability to translate complex business objectives into innovative, scalable marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities also include providing strategic guidance for game-day experiences, fostering innovation, and supporting a culture of trust, creativity, and open collaboration.
