About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Executive Director for Trauma to oversee the day-to-day operations of the trauma department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the department, with a focus on staffing, patient experience, recertification procedures, and nursing/operational workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the department's structure, providing input on staff performance, and driving departmental growth. A strong emphasis is placed on staff engagement, quality outcomes, decision-making, and the improvement of trauma response.
Applicants for the Interim Executive Director position must have a BSN, a Master's degree, and an active RN license. Trauma certification is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in a similar role, capable of making a significant impact on the department's operations and outcomes. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the various initiatives within the department and is dedicated to the continuous improvement of trauma care.
