About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Executive Director for Trauma to oversee the day-to-day operations of the trauma department. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the department's structure, providing input on staff performance, and driving departmental growth. A strong emphasis is placed on staff engagement, quality outcomes, decision-making, and the improvement of trauma response.
Applicants for the Interim Executive Director position must have a BSN, a Master's degree, and an active RN license. Trauma certification is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in a similar role, capable of making a significant impact on the department's operations and outcomes.
