The Company is in search of a passionate and mission-driven Executive Director to lead its philanthropic efforts in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, with a focus on grantmaking that aligns with the Foundation's mission of enhancing access to high-quality physical and behavioral healthcare, particularly for underserved populations. This role requires a minimum of 8 years' of relevant professional experience, a strong commitment to healthcare access and equity, and a proven track record of working effectively with a Board of Trustees. The Executive Director will also be tasked with day-to-day management of the Foundation, including fiscal management, compliance, and community engagement.
