About the Role

This role requires a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in beverage or CPG sales, particularly in scaling distribution and retail velocity from regional to national. The ideal candidate will have a builder mindset, be deeply fluent in retail, and have experience in on-premise management through distributor partners. Personal integrity, operational discipline, and a zero-tolerance approach to legal and regulatory shortcuts are essential.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in beverage or CPG, with a strong emphasis on retail channel sales and chain authorizations.
