The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is responsible for leading firm-wide growth and operational execution - including optimizing performance, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the CGO partners with the Founding Partners to translate strategy into execution and drive scalable long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Organizational Development
- Attract, develop, and retain high‑performing talent.
- Ensure consistent recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
- Build a disciplined, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture.
- Drive scalable and cohesive growth by aligning talent, process, and performance expectations.
- Recruit, develop, and scale revenue‑generating talent, including Partners, Managing Directors, and Associates, to support firm‑wide growth objectives.
Strategic Leadership & Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founding Partners.
- Provide strategic guidance on operational capabilities needed to support firm objectives.
- Advise on business issues, operational factors, and risk mitigation.
- Participate in company expansion activities, including investments, acquisitions, and alliances.
- Create, communicate, and execute company‑wide strategy aligned with the firm’s vision.
- Submit weekly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Founding Partners.
Cross‑Functional Integration
- Enforce collaboration across departments and business lines.
- Partner with other affiliated entities for operational alignment.
- Participate in Executive Leadership meetings.
- Drive adoption of the company vision, culture, and core processes.
- Assess and implement improved systems, tools, and technologies.
- Drive firm‑wide revenue growth through a combination of personal business development, team‑based selling, and expansion of key client relationships.
- Identify and execute opportunities to build new practice areas, verticals, and revenue streams.
- Support and mentor producers in business development best practices to improve firm‑wide conversion, deal size, and client retention.
- Personally contribute to revenue growth by originating new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and supporting high‑value business development efforts across the firm.
- Grow and launch a contract and temp business.
