Leviev Diamonds is seeking a Head of E-Commerce & Digital Strategy to oversee and execute the brand’s full digital ecosystem, spanning e-commerce operations, inventory management, digital marketing, CRM, and hands‑on content execution.

This role requires a rare balance of strategic ownership and operational execution, supporting both high‑touch luxury sales and multi‑platform retail expansion across Shopify, third party marketplaces and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations & Inventory Management

  • Own end‑to‑end e-commerce operations across all digital platforms, including Shopify and Amazon Luxury
  • Manage product listings, inventory synchronization, pricing accuracy, and stock updates across all online sales channels
  • Coordinate product launches, SKU setup, metadata, and platform compliance
  • Ensure seamless alignment between inventory, merchandising, and digital sales strategy
  • Lead digital sales strategy, focusing on high-ticket conversion and private‑client funnel optimization
  • Plan and execute paid ad placements across relevant platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Oversee and optimize SEO performance, site structure, and content discoverability
  • Monitor performance metrics across channels and implement continuous optimization strategies

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Own CRM systems and workflows, including lead capture, segmentation, and follow-up automation
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and private-client communications
  • Ensure smooth handoff from digital lead to consultation and sales conversion
  • Maintain data hygiene, reporting, and performance tracking within CRM systems

Social Media, Content & Creative Execution

  • Manage and execute social media content posting, including scheduling and publishing
  • Create short‑form videos, posters, and static assets for social and digital use
  • Produce content using Canva, video editing tools, and related design software
  • Support campaign storytelling through hands‑on asset creation (videos, graphics, promotional content)
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all digital touchpoints

Marketing Channels & Campaign Execution

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEO, and email
  • Coordinate ad creatives, placements, and performance reporting
  • Support seasonal launches, brand campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Align organic content, paid efforts, and e-commerce conversion goals

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

  • Act as a central point of contact for PR, creative agencies, developers, and platform partners
  • Support celebrity placements and campaigns from a digital execution standpoint
  • Work closely with leadership to align digital strategy with business priorities

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, or luxury retail
  • Hands‑on experience managing Shopify and similar marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and multi‑platform e-commerce operations
  • Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and digital content creation
  • Experience with paid advertising, SEO, and CRM systems
  • Ability to independently execute while owning strategic direction

Preferred

  • Experience in luxury, fine jewelry, or high-end fashion
  • Familiarity with private-client or high-ticket sales funnels
  • Comfort working in a lean, fast‑moving, founder‑led environment
  • Strong visual sensibility and brand judgment
