Annual Bonus * We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controller to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, internal controls, and financial auditing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a passion for strategic planning, and a keen eye for detail. As a Permanent Controller, you will be expected to: Lead all financial forecasting activities, providing detailed and accurate forecasts to inform business decisions. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard the financial integrity and stability of the company. Oversee all financial auditing processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization. Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long-range planning and the introduction of new programs/strategies. Enhance, develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in strategic planning, financial auditing, and budget management. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial managers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
