This is a confidential position and your role will be pivotal to the success of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly, and that output meets the company's quality standards. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing process, ensuring that production schedules are met and that the output meets the required quality standards. * Collaborate with the supply chain management team to ensure that materials and resources are available as needed, and that inventory is managed effectively. * Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to plan and monitor the manufacturing process. * Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality and safety regulations. * Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting any issues or opportunities for improvement. * Work closely with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality Control, to address any production challenges and implement solutions. * Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the manufacturing department. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. * Demonstrated knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methods. * Strong understanding of supply chain management and experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems. * Experience with ISO standards and other relevant quality and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer software. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
