Job Details
Lead and maintain a hospital-wide quality management program focused on improving patient care Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards Oversee risk-management processes including incident reviews, corrective action planning, and reporting Update, coordinate, and implement hospital policies and organizational plans related to care, safety, leadership, and compliance
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field preferred Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management Proven ability to lead performance-improvement initiatives and manage regulatory compliance
