Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Construction - NH

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects in Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Almost 40 years in business 60 people on the team Markets served include academic, healthcare, corporate, multifamily and more Mixture of renovation + ground up construction One of New Hampshire's most reputable construction firms Description The Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Construction - NH will: Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects in Boston from start to completion. Manage on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Monitor project schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
