ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded into my second location in 2020. Today, I have a team of five, and we continue to grow steadily. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in financial services, which helped shape the way I approach customer care and running a business. I am a single mom with two teenage sons, and I hold a BBA in Finance. Community is also a big part of who I am. I stay very connected to the Vietnamese community and love being involved wherever I can make a positive impact.

I offer partial health coverage and licensing reimbursement, and our office environment is truly family-oriented. We care about each other, support one another, and enjoy regular team outings. Our agency is located in a busy shopping center with strong walk-in traffic, and I'm proud of our excellent Google reviews that reflect how hard we work for our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hien Apple - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish preferred.
