
Territory Sales Representative – Robotics & Automation Midwest
Location: IL, WI, or MN
Travel: ~50% overnight travel

Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales growth by managing key industrial accounts and developing new business opportunities across the West Coast
Lead customer engagements for robotic and automation solutions, including validation, testing, prototyping, and system integration
Work closely with system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and machine builders to expand channel-driven sales
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and track performance in a commission-driven environment
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, applications, and leadership teams to expand U.S. market presence and deliver high-value automation solutions
Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven sales experience in robotics, automation, or industrial capital equipment
Strong success selling through system integrators and distributor channels
Track record of new business development and territory growth
Ability and willingness to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in consultative, solution-oriented sales
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating independently in a growing organization
