As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kelli Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Life/Health).
Prior State Farm experience highly preferred.
