Job Description

This role will be in‑office Monday‑Friday.

Answer and qualify customer/client pre‑sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services.

Build and manage lead development pipeline.

Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions.

Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify leads.

Tactfully and courteously interface with customers to build strong business relationships.

Mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients and keep it up‑to‑date.

Act as single point of contact for customers.

Additional Knowledge/Skills

Proactively utilize strong problem‑solving skills to deliver customer‑focused solutions.

Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures, and continually deepen product knowledge.

Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services.

Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction.

Exercise multi‑tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction.

Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues.

Target Base Salary Range $50,000 - $55,000 USD

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years experience in sales or customer service.

Travel Requirements Under 10%
