Alexandria, MN to Wahpeton, ND, and everywhere in between ? Forum Communications Company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to lead business development efforts across our
West Central MN and Eastern ND regions, and in our broader regional market footprint . This is your chance to partner with local and regional businesses, help them tell their stories, and connect them with powerful advertising and marketing solutions that deliver results! This role will have the flexibility to office out of either our Wahpeton, ND or Fergus Falls, MN locations, and become a trusted resource in one of Minnesota’s most vibrant and fast-growing regions. Interested candidates should reside in those communities, or in the surrounding area. within consistent commuting distance.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships
with existing clients by being boots on the ground in the local market, while proactively
pursuing new business
throughout our West Central MN and Eastern ND territory, and the surrounding markets
Present our full suite of advertising and agency products, including
print, digital, and multimedia solutions , with a strong focus on digital solutions
Expand awareness and adoption of Forum Communications Company’s agency services
Act as a key point of contact for regional and national advertising agencies
Travel throughout your sales territory consistently to
strengthen partnerships and uncover new revenue opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service rooted in challenge-navigating, integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred
3–5 years of sales and/or marketing experience, ideally with hands-on experience selling digital advertising products
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and sell creative solutions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under deadlines, multitask, and manage multiple projects
Experience with print advertising is a plus
Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and required vehicle insurance
Compensation Expected compensation for this role is between $85,000 and $90,000/year + COMMISSION, based on qualifications and experience.
