Drain Sales Specialist – $2,500 sign on bonus if eligible!

Responsibilities
Utilize sewer camera to discover plumbing and sewer issues in a customer’s home.
Diagnose plumbing and sewer issues, and prepare repair estimates.
Provide supervision of drain technicians.
Create and implement drain technician training plan to facilitate sewer sales process.
Execute the sewer sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer.
Create job bids in accordance with company profit goals.
Thoroughly prepare statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team.
Communicate with customer through entire project, and ensure customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project.
Participate in training events and share lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team.
Rotate On‑Call duty to provide after‑hours services to customers.
Assist customers with financing options for project.
What You Will Bring
1‑2+ years sales experience required.
1+ year plumbing/drains experience preferred.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
