The Electronic Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele. The Electronic Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Electronic Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a network of sources for new sales leads
Communicate with customers and leads to identify product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs
Develop a solid understanding of company products and services offered
Demonstrate functions and utility of products or services to customers through presentations and seminars
Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues post‑sale
Maintain detailed reports of sales activities
Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
Perform other duties assigned by management
Education & Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in industry sales role
Relevant or past industry knowledge highly desired
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
Must speak English
Must have and maintain a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License; travel to customer sites required
Pay
Pay range for this role is $50K to $60K DOE
Commission is available
