ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2018, and today I have a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for the way I lead and support my own team now.

Community involvement is important to me. I participate in a variety of local events and support several charitable efforts throughout the year. Giving back is a big part of who we are.

I offer PTO, sick days, a Simple IRA, license reimbursement, and a healthy worklife balance. I want my team to feel supported both personally and professionally. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gwen Szmania - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
