State of the Art Training is provided - no experience necessary
Commission based / 1099 with the first year average potential earnings of $75,000-$95,000
Key Responsibilities:
Educating and offering clients on a needs based approach about their options with Supplemental Benefits
Service existing client base, schedule inbound leads for appointments, and help manage client relationships.
Supervision of team activity and results
Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
Daily focus on client management/growth, training, and leadership development
