Job Summary In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape, providing customers with a memorable experience by guiding them through our full suite of products and services such as high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies, ensuring their solution best fits their needs.

Responsibilities

Tailor telecom packages to each customer's unique needs.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and technology.

Deliver compelling sales pitches in the field, addressing concerns and objections.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.

Build lasting relationships through exceptional post‑sales support.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and achieve collective goals.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Proficient computer and technical skills.

Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and work full time.

Preferred: Bilingual language skills.

Sales‑centric mindset with a passion for achieving results.

Deep product knowledge of mobile and fixed‑line services.

Comfortable with digital platforms, CRM, and POS systems.

Other Information The pay range is $85,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year (including estimated average annual commissions). Base salary at time of hire: $35,000, plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed; earning potential varies based on individual sales performance and commission plan terms.
