About The Role As a Senior Associate in Ad Sales Intelligence, you will build SQL queries, data visualisation dashboards, and custom reports for the Ads & Promos sales and product teams. You will investigate data assets, map data sources, and create elegant, high‑performance queries that support the analytic and operational needs of the business. You will transform these queries into rich visual dashboards that can support a sales team of 100+ sellers and billions in revenue. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Ad Sales Strategy & Operations within the broader Sales Efficiency team. It is remote, with quarterly travel for in‑person meetings and team gatherings.
You’ll Be Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
Research – comb large repositories of data tables to identify target data and metrics
Experiment – work iteratively to establish the right methods for deriving accurate figures, testing and comparing to other known sources of truth
Build – establish “Source of Truth” queries and implement ETL loads to power internal revenue reporting
Design – turn your data queries into rich visuals that illustrate business performance and highlight revenue trends and risks
Deploy – create documentation for dashboard usage and navigation, and play a pivotal role in training the sales teams
Support – oversee and respond to inbound questions and discrepancy reports, investigating root causes and providing fixes and clarifications
We’re Excited About You Because…
You have 1+ years of experience in Revenue Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a generalist role with a track record of owning revenue metrics and working with sales teams.
You are fluent in SQL and have experience building dashboards in at least one data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, etc.).
You have strong analytical skills, are energized by a role focused on analytics and data visualization, and take pride in writing elegant, easy‑to‑follow queries.
You are comfortable solving ambiguous problems and managing multiple priorities across a wide stakeholder group.
