Role Description The Catering Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Redwood City, CA. The role involves managing all aspects of the catering sales process, including developing client relationships, coordinating events, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new catering opportunities, planning and executing events, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional experiences for clients.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Catering Sales and Event Planning
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry, particularly in event-related services
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work on-site in Redwood City, CA for a full-time role
Proficiency in managing multiple events and delivering results under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area market is advantageous
Knowledge and experience in CI/TY a preference
